Bring the kids and have a blast with Cataloochee Ski Area’s “Kids Stay & Ski Free”  program.  A child 17 and under can stay overnight FREE at a Creekwood Village Resort and ski free when accompanied by a paying adult.

A paying parent (or an adult 21 and over) must stay at your property on a non-holiday Sunday through Thursday night prior to receiving a voucher for one child 17 and under to ski the following day, a non-holiday Monday through Friday.

The adult receiving the voucher must also purchase a full price adult non-holiday Monday through Friday day, twilight or night lift ticket at the ski area to receive the free child’s lift ticket. If you have two skiing parents in a room with two children, both children would receive a voucher to redeem. If you have one skiing parent in the room and two children, only one of the children would receive a voucher to redeem.


Rental equipment and lessons are not included but are available. Regular rates will apply for both rentals and lessons. Kids Ski Free vouchers are not good with any other discount or promotion and cannot be used against payment for any child’s lesson, lift and rental package such as CAT Trackers, our children’s program for kids age 4-12, or with the Stay and Slide package.

Kids Ski Free is NOT valid on any weekend or during the following holiday periods: Thursday, November 22, 2018, through Sunday, November 25, 2018, Monday, December 17, 2018 through Tuesday, January 1, 2019, as well as Friday, January 18, Monday, January 21, Friday, February 15 or Monday, February 18, 2019.

Ski and snowboard rentals or clothing rentals are not included with this program but are available at the area. Lessons are not included but also available for $25 for persons 8 and above and last 1.5 hours.

This program does not include tubing at Tube World, located in Maggie Valley.


KSF vouchers must be presented at time of purchase of adult lift ticket at the Cataloochee Ticket Center on the lower level of the ski lodge.
